Return & Exchange Policy

Money Back Guarantee:

Within 5 days, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will issue you a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee, once the item is returned to us.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Obtain an RMA Number : Please call (888) 486-1587 or email us at sales@galbraithsinc.com and speak to one of our managers to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on correspondence with the return such as the original packing slips. If you cannot locate your packing slip, please include a note with the billing name and address and the RMA number.
  2.  Pack Your Return: Repackage your return by carefully repacking the items into the box they came in, making sure to properly place the packing material between each piece to ensure a safe return. Enclose the correspondence, which references the RMA number (as described above), with your return.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship your return using the shipping carrier of your choice. If you need help finding a carrier we will be happy to assist you. Please note, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We highly recommend that you insure your return, as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.

  4. Receive Your Refund :A credit will be issued to your credit card according to the Guarantee (as described above) within 10 business days of the receipt of your return and will appear on your billing statement as Galbraiths Fountains & Statuary.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS:

We want you to enjoy your purchase when it arrives and therefore our manufacturers make every effort to ensure your items are packed securely.

If the box containing your purchase is damaged, retain the driver of the freight company, and open the item immediately inspecting each piece for damage.

If damage is found then report it to the driver and then to us.

In the event you receive a damaged item in an undamaged box, please email us within 48 hours of receipt – sales@galbraithsinc.com. On most occasions we will ask for a photo of the damage be provided.

We will then make every arrangement possible to ensure the damaged piece is replaced.

CHIPPED OR SCUFFED FINISH:

For items that have blemishes or chips to the finish, contact us as soon possible and we will issue a free bottle of touch-up paint matching the color or your purchase.
