All potted plant returns or exchanges must be done within 5 days of purchase in original salable condition. Original sales receipt must accompany the plant in order to be returned.
Plant can be returned for a full refund or as a garden center credit.
Credit and debit card purchases will have the total item price returned to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
Cash and check purchases will be issued a check for the total price within 5-7 business days.
Any purchases made using a gift card or a warranty credit will have the amount reissued to a new gift card.
Balled & burlaped plants can only be returned or exchanged before the plant is removed from the ground and not be held for more than 30 days after purchase date. Any balled & burlaped plant that has been dug up cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
In some cases, plants can be purchased and not immediately claimed due to customer request or other factors such as weather can be tagged and held on our property until the customer is ready for the item or conditions allow for installation.
In these cases the customer may return their purchased plant for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. (See refund policy for details.)
Any returns after this 30 day grace period can only be refunded as a store credit or exchange. In the event that the exchanged plant is less than the originally purchased plant any remaining credit will be reissued as a store credit only.
Our manufacturers do their very best to ensure that once your custom order is received it is processed immediately. Many of our products are custom stained or custom created and many manufacturers have already begun the creating process immediately after your order is received. We will do our very best to work with the manufacturer with regards to any cancellation requests, but due to the nature of our products, once an item is ordered with our manufacturer it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
Orders refused by the customer, for whatever reason, after product has been delivered by the shipping carrier will result in forfeiture of the funds and may become the property of Galbraith’s Landscaping & Lawn Care. Final decisions on the disposition of refused product will be made at the sole discretion of Galbraith’s Landscaping & Lawn Care. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding this policy.
All fountains include a 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty against defects.
Our warranty applies to the original residential consumer only and does not apply to products in commercial use. Customer is responsible to contact pump or lighting manufacturer to claim warranty if pump or lights fail. Such parts may be covered by manufacturer warranty from their respective manufacturers; please check your packaging materials. Galbraith’s Warranty does not cover damage caused by: (i) accidents; (ii) normal wear and tear, including without limitation hairline cracks, fading or discoloration caused by exposure to seasonal climate conditions; (iii) improper installation or maintenance; (iv) use in an application for which the product was not intended; nor (v) Acts of God. Please consult the manufacturer for tips on how to properly maintain and care for your concrete product. Please note that our manufacturers make and finish each piece by hand, so each is a unique original. Because every piece is hand-crafted, and because they photograph their products in different settings with various lighting, the actual color, shape, size, and texture may vary from those shown on-line or in our catalog. Such variations are not a defect, and not covered under warranty.
Gift shoppe returns can be accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in saleable condition to be eligible for return.
Holiday themed merchandise is non-refundable after the holiday date.
All garden decor items sold on clearance are final sale and are non-refundable.
Unopened containers can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (See Refund Policy)
